- Many Mesoamerican deities have multiple aspects, which can also involve a dual-nature or identity in gender- ie, have both a male and female form. That's why it is sometimes not that useful to categorise them as either 'gods' or 'goddesses'.--cjllw | TALK 12:25, 20 June 2006 (UTC)
