Moynihan on Moynihan
Moynihan wrote an article about himself and his Wikipedia page. He mostly seems upset that his Swedish website was referred to as a print publication and that someone else has the same name as him. It should be noted that the Sveriges Radio source (translation) supports most of the bits that he writes are false—that he had been to Prague, that the site was going to be a print publication, that it was started with his girlfriend. He also took exception to that fact that his article was vandalized once, failing to note that the vandalism was immediately removed. Moynihan claims that there are "about a dozen" mistakes in the article, but doesn't list them. I've removed some unsourced material and clarified a point, but further fact checking would be welcome. Change the page so that it refers to people who have this name and not one individual? EDIT: Maybe also add the journalist tag to this pages title?124.191.134.10 (talk) 04:03, 3 April 2013 (UTC)
- We already have a disambiguation page that refers to all the people who have this name at Michael Moynihan. The other Michael Moynihan (who is also a journalist) is found at Michael Moynihan (journalist) and that article already has a hatnote linking here. Gobōnobō + c 07:20, 3 April 2013 (UTC)
- As 'journalist' is not a sufficient disambiguator here, WP:QUALIFIER says it should not be used. Michael Moynihan (journalist) should be a disambiguation page, and the article currently at that title should be moved to something else - perhaps Michael Moynihan (music writer) or Michael Moynihan (musician and journalist). If anything, this Michael Moynihan is the one more significant for his journalistic career. Robofish (talk) 22:09, 6 April 2013 (UTC)
"Moynihan is married to a swedish person" ???????
Is there any reason that sentence in phrased this way? 184.8.45.58 (talk) 09:14, 18 September 2014 (UTC)bri_dge
