In spite of the fact MLCommons has edited his own page, I can't see any reason not to accept it as NPOV. It speaks only to facts as near as I can see and doesn't try to push anything.
There is no doubt he is a notable person.
I think people looking at such pages should read them and maybe Google a little before they slap labels on them. Or maybe we need a different label to say "checked and accepted as NPOV on (date)" I am going to pull off the label. If anyone objects, they can put it back on or email me and I will put it back if you can make a case, even a weak case, for this article not being NPOV. Keith Henson15:46, 1 November 2007 (UTC)Reply
