Notable and Important
editThe PsyOps issue may be a little "inside Washington"; but when I saw the National Journal (Major Garrett) piece I felt the topic crossed notability threshold. Holmes was the alleged whistleblower stating that psychological operations were wrongfully being used against a Congressional delegation to Iraq. There are more articles on this one, if they are needed. Added Atlantic Monthly, Washington Post and Daily Maily citations.Cmagha (talk) 01:04, 5 April 2011 (UTC)
