While this is Michael Jackson's last concert, I find describing it as his last public performance dubious. He performed alongside James Brown at the BET Awards in 2003 and sang We Are The World at the World Music Awards in 2006. I'm not sure if these would be considered "performances" by the nature of them however and Music Times refers to Apollo as the last performance but they might well be operating under a misconception themselves.
