edit"University of Detroit Roman Catholic High School" should read "University of Detroit Jesuit High School". Although the Jesuits are Catholic (nominally in some cases), the article incorrectly renders the high school's official name.
Unacceptable Quality
editThis article falls far short of the best wikipedia standards. Much of it is taken almost verbatim from a recent article in the highly POV website "The Conservative Voice" [1]. I would suspect that the lack of attribution was an attempt to cover up the source, but there are no references for any of the claims made in this piece.
I have gone through and tried to edit the most obvious POV passages, and unsupported claims, but a lot of work remains to be done here. Gogh 04:27, 18 August 2006 (UTC)
The issue re Reno is in Michael's own words in "The Gift of Stern Angels" - and was told to me personally, if that counts for anything. He has a huge body of writing, that is autobiographical in nature, as well as explaining his personal stance on issues at Enter Stage Right, as well as at the MUUUHP page. Hope that helps. What the holy f$@^
editThis is absurd... It needs revision badly.—The preceding unsigned comment was added by GambitMG (talk • contribs) 03:16, 13 January 2007 (UTC).
Who Wrote this?
editThis reads like either Michael Moriarty or a member of his fan club wrote it. It seems kind of biased to me. Jeatcleav 16:56, 1 May 2007 (UTC)
Vandalism?
editIt says that Arthur Conan Doyle is one of his targets. Not sure if it's a joke, or if he really is such a nut that he has a grudge against him for giving Holmes's nemesis the same name. --AdamSommerton 19:12, 12 October 2007 (UTC)
Lots of vandalism on here, perhaps his odd politics have attracted some odd jokesters. For instance "In 1986, he starred in the fantasy science fiction movie Troll, playing the role of Harry Potter Sr." Hah! —Preceding unsigned comment added by 138.88.12.113 (talk) 02:17, 31 January 2011 (UTC)
Fascinating! I would never have guessed that the most soporific actor on network television had such an interesting backstory. If it really is true that Janet Reno forced Moriarty to leave Law and Order, they should give her the Emmy for casting. The show only became watchable once Sam Waterston took over as ADA Jack McCoy.
