Needs updating

edit

If you check with the Federal Bureau of Prisons, they have no record of Munday still being incarcerated. This needs updating — Preceding unsigned comment added by 75.121.11.64 (talk) 16:48, 13 April 2022 (UTC)Reply

relation with Mermelstein

edit

The article currently says:

In 1980, Max Mermelstein, an American associate of the Medellin Cartel, was introduced to Jon Roberts, who was in need of a direct supplier of cocaine into the United States. Munday introduced Roberts to Rafael "Rafa" Cardona Salazar, a high-ranking member of the Medellin Cartel and Pablo Escobar's American connection.[1]

This is flatly contradicted in Mermelstein's account (The Man Who Made It Snow, p. 88). Acc. to Mermelstein, HE hired Munday and Jimmy Cooley (not Coley), and introduced to Jon Roberts to Rafael Cardona, not the other way around. In addition, Mermelstein describes Munday as running ground operations and maintaining aircraft, NOT as a pilot. Rgr09 (talk) 11:30, 12 July 2020 (UTC)Reply

Munday arrest contradiction

edit

There is a contradiction in the article regarding the time of Mundays arrest. The wikipedia page refers it as 1992 but the reference points to a newspaper article from December 1990 80.62.116.160 (talk) 14:06, 2 August 2024 (UTC)Reply
