Merge with microparticles/ distinguishing from microvesicles
editMicroparticles looks like it's largely talking about the same thing i.e. micrometer sized particles. Also microvesicles are increasingly referred to as microparticles in medical literature. Microparticles/microspheres have medical uses, whereas microvesicles are biological entities, which may confuse things. Perhaps the bit on protocells should be moved to another article?
