Yahoo / Microsoft partnership
Wikiolap commented the following text out of the article at 09:41, May 11, 2006, stating that "Speculations about Microsoft & Yahoo! partnership don't really belong to adcenter article." I moved the deleted text here becuase I wanted to get it out of the article.
- Despite the ending of this contract both rumors and some hard data persist that Yahoo! and Microsoft may have future plans for partnership or a merger of technologies on some level. In March of 2006 both companies purchased land adjacent to each other in a small community of Quincy, Washington further driving suspicion of a possible partnership or merger. Then in May of 2006 both Forbes and The Wall Street Journal confirmed that both companies had been involved in partnership talks for quite some time.
- It was probably a coincidence, as google is already building a secret datacenter on the same river, as well as another one in south carolina. They are merely trying to copy google: Servers As High As An Elephant's Eye Quincy,_Washington#A_role_in_the_high-tech_economy
adCenter & pubCenter requires Microsoft Advertising article
Microsoft adCenter and Microsoft pubCenter require an article for Microsoft Advertising, a static parent-body to manage number of ad programs and councils at Microsoft. Also, any US based WP7/Web apps developer who has experienced pubCenter's beta testing, please provide help on its wiki article (owing to the reason, beta testing is only available for US tax payers).--Pak1standby (talk) 07:35, 13 December 2010 (UTC)
It's not clear from the introduction if adCenter is aimed at someone trying to advertise it's product, or to someone wanting to monetize on its own website. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Kromitvs (talk • contribs) 19:00, 27 August 2011 (UTC)
