Basis of Neutrality Dispute & Need for Additional Citations

Hello,

What is the basis of the notifications disputing the neutrality of this article, and the need for additional citations? The article already has 9 citation sources, only one of which is from Midflorida's website. As for the neutrality flag, everything in the article is verifiable and is presented as fact. What sections of the article need editing?
