"Reaganomics" was "Supply Side" and never referred to as "trickle down". Another name for it would be "Investment Side", i.e. grow the economy for everyone, more goods and services for all. "Trickle down" is a misunderstanding (probably deliberate) which suggests more spending from the top will "trickle down".
