editPer the AFD and tag, please re-write the article using the following sources (and material from other reliable sources) to make it a worthy Wikipedia article.
- "Gamers in their glory" & "Gamers in their glory: Midwest Gaming Classic brings players and game systems of every age together"—target of the convention, reception, attendance, profits, and organization
- "Invasion of the classics"—organization, events
- Local Gamers Flock To Midwest Gaming Classic—coverage of the convention
At the basic, the article should cover the organization of the convention, its history, and impact (reception). Currently, it is written like a year-by-year chronicle (diary) of events, more like a newspaper report of events. Jappalang (talk) 05:07, 29 July 2008 (UTC)
- The second and fourth sources listed is irretrievably dead, but I'll use the other two. Oiyarbepsy (talk) 04:28, 28 July 2015 (UTC)
Goat store merge proposal
edit- Completely against. This is an article about a gaming convention, the GOAT store is simply a sponsor of the show, no different than any of the other many sponsors. Dan and Gary's role in the show is completely separate. --Marty Goldberg (talk) 13:04, 12 August 2010 (UTC)
