Minor League Manager of the Year

"Quade was the Minor League Manager of the Year in 1991 with the Harrisburg Senators and 1993 with the Ottawa Lynx."

Where did this information come from? According to Baseball Reference, Quade has never won the award from the The Sporting News or Baseball America.
