Does not meet Wikipedia criteria

edit

Neither the content nor language of this article meet normal Wikipedia criteria for biographies. The subject of the article does not satisfy Wikipedia criteria for academic notability. The subject may have published prolifically but there is no evidence of influence. TheAbbot (talk) 12:12, 29 December 2016 (UTC)Reply

Unreliable personal sources

edit

Many of the references and sources cited, such as:

http://www.open.ac.uk/personalpages/mike.sharples/ http://www.open.ac.uk/personalpages/mike.sharples/manage.htm http://www.open.ac.uk/personalpages/mike.sharples/Sharples%20CV%202012.pdf

all return 'Access Denied' - because they are personal webpages only accessible to the subject of this article. This seems to imply that the subject of the article has provided the content himself, which is contrary to Wikipedia biography policy. TheAbbot (talk) 12:51, 6 January 2017 (UTC)Reply

I propose to delete these unreliable sources and 'references', and much of the very personalised and naive commentary.
