Optical?

- a history : proposal, funding, set-up
- Why the focus on Space Telescopes ? Why/When Pan-STARRS data included ?
- Any data held from ground observatories apart from Pan-STARRS ?
- Any use by non-US groups - apart from NASA collaborators eg ESA
- How much data it holds, eg from completed missions like Kepler/K2, and ongoing missions like HST, TESS,
- How much is raw data, and how much is processed
- What plans to cope with high data volumes from JWST, WFIRST etc
