Origin
editThe word Milad is of Aramaic origin and predates it use in the Farsi language. It is a Semitic word.

- This reference does not state it's origin. Volume 3, however, makes mention of it but the reference states that it was originally Arabic and that the Aramaic word 'Moalada' itself comes from the archaic Arabic word. Therefore it is originally Arabic, not Aramaic. Meeladi (talk) 05:52, 25 April 2019 (UTC)
