The proper name for this man is "John Mills Kendrick." I'm not sure how to edit the title of a Wikipedia page. The List of Episcopal Bishops page correctly lists him, but points to no article. I am in possession of some manuscripts he signed, and am certain that this is the same man; there can be no doubt that his signature reads "J. Mills Kendrick."
