Sharon Kaur

While it's a nice mural and I presume that she lives on Mill Road I can find no references to Sharon Kaur being notable in terms of Wikipedia:Notability (people). Somebody of that name won an Asian Woman of Achievement Award in 2007, but it doesn't sound like the Cambridge Sharon Kaur. I feel that we should revert at least until the personal page is created. Why is Romsey called Romsey?
