Possible copy-paste and possible COI
edit{{copypaste|url=http://www.cityrealty.com/nyc/lincoln-center/millennium-tower-101-West-67th-street/review/8724}}
Some of this article appears to have been copied and pasted from this page from CityRealty.com. The page was created with this edit by CityRealtyNYC, which suggests that there may be a conflict of interest of some kind as well. - Marchjuly (talk) 02:09, 5 December 2014 (UTC)
Multiple issues
editI have added {{Unreferenced}}, {{COI}}, {{Orphan}} and {{Sections}} to the article for the following reasons:
- "Unsourced": No references of any kind are provided to support any of the text so no way to verify anything written per WP:UNSOURCED.
- "COI": Article was created here by CityRealtyNYC and much of the text appears have been either copy and pasted from or too closely paraphrases City Realty: Millenium Towers which is problematic per WP:PLAG#Copyrighted sources only. Perhaps WP:LIMITED applies here but not sure. Regardless there is the username "CityRealtyNYC" does suggest a possible COI in my opinion.
- "Orphan": Only incoming links are from the disambigation page Millennium Tower and various talk pages. None of these satisfy WP:O#Criteria
- "Sections": Article is written as one long stream of text so not sure where the lead begins or ends per WP:LEADLENGTH. It might be a good idea add sections such as "History", "Designers" or whatever like is done on similar building articles to break up the text and make it easier to read per MOS:SECTIONHEAD since article appears to be more than a stub.
FWIW, I'm not just "hit and run" templating. I will try and find some sources and a way to de-orphan the article, but the possible copyright violation and the possible COI editing referred to in Talk:Millennium Tower (New York City)#Possible copy-paste and possible COI are things that should be resolved first in my opinion. - Marchjuly (talk) 02:57, 5 December 2014 (UTC)
