Request templates removed
editI have removed {{expert}} and {{expansion}}. They were both added by 70.19.138.213 on December 25, 2005 (in fact this was his/her only edit). The article has come a long way since then [1], and I believe it is now adequate. -- Chris 05:48, 19 March 2006 (UTC)

French
editDoes he speak French since he was educated in Ottawa? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.145.168.80 (talk • contribs)
- I thought Ottawa was in Ontario, which is primarily an English speaking provence, although I could be wrong. —Cliffb 05:44, 22 January 2007 (UTC)
- Cliffb, Ottawa is pretty much bilingual. It's right on the Ontario-Quebec border. --199.212.7.70 (talk) 22:59, 18 March 2014 (UTC)
Food allergy info
editCBS Sunday Morning did a piece on food allergies in which they had an extended section on Ming Tsai's elaborate methods of making sure allergies are accommodated. They also said he has a son with various FAs. I don't have the show anymore, though. Lawikitejana 08:42, 1 June 2007 (UTC)

NPOV tag
editThis article has an NPOV tag dated April 2010, but the latest talk page entry is July 2008. Hmm? If there's a neutrality issue, please describe it, otherwise remove the tag. IMO the article is fine, with the possible exception of the description of his squash skills. Mrgate3 (talk) 19:51, 2 October 2010 (UTC)
- Besides the squash thing yeah, but the article is pretty much fine. Dbrodbeck (talk) 01:07, 1 November 2010 (UTC)

Change name order?
editOr maybe the name itself to the full name of the individual, seeing as there is a disambiguation with other people with the same name just different romanization. ηoian ‡orever ηew ‡rontiers 06:37, 16 June 2015 (UTC)
Iron Chef America
editThere was content about Tsai competing on Iron Chef America and winning against Bobby Flay in 2005, but there's nothing on Iron Chef America sites about Tsai being there, let alone winning. So, I removed the content.
