I was surprised to see the lack of entries for MESA and Bureau of Mines here. These agencies and their regulations and enforcement activities remain relevant in the context of asbestos litigation, aside from the general historical interest regarding the way the US government has handled the related issues. I didn't know how these agencies related to each other, and WP didn't help much with regard to MESA and MSHA. I hope somebody with more information will feel better equipped than I do to flesh it out but I'll try to scare up a bit more information. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Economy1 (talk • contribs)
