Minister in charge of Housing (France) → Minister of Housing (France) – Same as other French minister pages PalleyCov2030 (talk) 01:29, 25 February 2021 (UTC)
- This is a contested technical request (permalink). GeoffreyT2000 (talk) 01:12, 27 February 2021 (UTC)
- It appears that the article title is different from those other articles because the ministerial title itself is different. (I assume the form of the office's title is different because it is a "secondary" title held alongside a "primary" portfolio.) 207.161.86.162 (talk) 05:39, 25 February 2021 (UTC)
- You're right, but the title "delegate" is also currently used for other ministerial positions such as budget or sports, yet those articles are titled "Minister of". Minister in charge of Housing is therefore an oddity, that's why I requested the change. PalleyCov2030 (talk) 13:01, 25 February 2021 (UTC)
- Oppose There hasn't been a Ministry of Housing since François Hollande so it does not make sense to rename the page. They do not even have their own website. I think the name of the article should follow the name of the positon, just like on the French wiki and on the official French gov website. This is what I did when I moved Minister of Housing and Territorial Equality (France) to Minister in charge of Housing (France).@PalleyCov2030: You are right about the other ministerial positions such as budget (french version) but they should be changed to match the current position not the other way around (with the old names in history section). It might be different for Sports but we can discuss that on another TP :) Aeengath (talk) 19:56, 27 February 2021 (UTC)

editThe English version of this page says that Emannuelle Wargon is still the Minister of Housing but in French it states that Guillaume Kasbarian has been in the post since 2024. 205.194.16.3 (talk) 16:19, 9 May 2024 (UTC)
