I am concerned about this Wikipedia article sentence reading, "The office was created in 1970 by the incoming Heath ministry as a junior minister in the Health Department." One can see The Guardian, 7 September 1970 mention of "April, 1969, David Ennals, Minister of State for Health and Social Security". And this seems corroborated here. Would it be appropriate to edit this Wikipedia article to identify 1969 and Mr. Ennals as the origin of the role? I am dis big (talk) 14:21, 14 January 2022 (UTC)Reply
