The article is entitled "Ministries" and the content is "Ministers". These are not the same thing. One or the other requires correction. Fiddle Faddle 16:54, 1 October 2013 (UTC)

The content includes the official Ministries of Djibouti, and each Minister that heads those Ministries. Please see Composition du gouvernement de la République de Djibouti from the French government and Chiefs of State and Cabinet Members of Foreign Goverments by the US government. Yes, and so does Djibouti. Both the ministries and cabinet members are listed in the official links above. Is English your first language? If not I can see your difficulty. Please look at the article and the {{copyedit}} template carefully. The title is Ministries but the links in the list are, almost all, to Ministers.

Try this:

Ministry	Title of Minister	Current post holder
Ministry of Silly Walks	Walking Minister	John Cleese

It shows with clarity the name of the Ministry, the title of the Minister and the current person in the post Fiddle Faddle 17:39, 2 October 2013 (UTC)

This also give you a substantially better and more flexible article in addition to a correct article. You coudl even add another colum for the date the current person was appointed Fiddle Faddle 17:49, 2 October 2013 (UTC)
