Need advice
editCan full and detailed minutes, taken and submitted by the minute taker, be paraphrased by the chairman/secretary before the committee see them and this paraphrase be the only "minutes" the committee are permitted to see? Does a Chairman/Secretary have the authority to do this? Is there a protocol handbook anywhere to help inexperienced committees understand the rules of the game? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 86.143.65.207 (talk) 16:19, 12 January 2008 (UTC)

Respectively?
editIn all my years, the minutes have always ended, "Respectfully submitted,". "Respectively" wouldn't have any applicable meaning that my dictionary knows. J S Ayer (talk) 14:32, 29 April 2013 (UTC)
