German descent

KanalD is a tabloid, not a reliable source. Evenimentul Zilei, a slightly more respectable source, says clearly that Miron Neagu, his mother’s father, headed a Romanian-language press. We’re going to need a more reliable source for this claim. — Biruitorul Talk 07:52, 17 May 2024 (UTC)Reply

The KanalD source is from an interview with Mitrea (that with Denise Rifai, you can search it on Youtube). I know that Mitrea is a professional liar, but I doubt that he would lie about his ethnic origin (not to mention that the interview is 1 year old - he is not active in politics anymore).
