editHow's the name pronounced? good questions
Anyone know for sure the correct spelling of his name? His website uses both Mirwais and Mirwaïs, and his surname isn't mentioned. That should determine which of his two pages are kept. Pontificake 00:07, 1 January 2007 (UTC)
- I went ahead and merged to here; imdb page and Amazon give the name with diacritics, presumably taken from things like the Die Another Day credits. Plus, we have {{R from title without diacritics}} but not the other way around. –Unint 22:27, 12 January 2007 (UTC)
- In France, it is pronounced like Mir-way-z
The Afghani name is pronounced Meer-way. Ive changed YAS to Y.A.S since it is an acronym of sorts and not a name. The same is done on their official myspace page www.myspace.com/yaspopmusic Nd84 13:03, 16 February 2009Nd84 (talk) 09:04, 16 February 2009 (UTC)
