Plot summary

This article is not especially helpful in determining what the story is about, and it uses a large number of story-related technical terms without any explanation. What is a half-skaa or a skaa for that matter? What is the Ministry and who or what are their Allomancers? Coppercloud? Deepness? Tinyeye? People like me who haven't read the novel won't come away from this page with any more understanding than when they started, and people who have read it will already know all this stuff. I suggest either avoiding or explaining all the terms used and giving a slightly more detailed plot description because right now it reads as the plot to every fantasy novel ("the hero has to realize she's a hero and fight the BIG BAD!").
