I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. Mutate?

Is Hyde really a mutate? If he needs a drug to become Hyde and is only Hyde while under its influence, is he a mutate? Others can use the drug, too, although he has built up enough in his system to transform at will as long as he ingests it periodically. I'll leave the category there for now; the question is: is Calvin Zabo a mutate? I would say no. Rosencomet (talk) 17:58, 27 May 2009 (UTC)

Citation needed???

This was a joke, right? Someone asked for a citation for Hyde being created by Robert Louis Stevenson. Even if we are charitable and they wanted a citation for him being BASED on that character (as if the potion, name and nature of the character was not enough), the sentence began with that citation: the comic itself (Journey into Mystery 99) The origin story is explicitly about a man who tried to duplicate Robert Louis Stevenson's character. 81.147.42.74 (talk) 11:32, 26 April 2018 (UTC)
