Please add this to Senator Carmichael's page. "Senator Mitch Carmichael gained national attention during the state-wide teacher strike of 2018. The highlight of this saga came when the West Virginia Senate accidentally passed the wrong bill under his watch. This bill granted an unintended 5% pay raise to the WV State Troopers, Teachers, and Professional Service Personnel."
