Thank you for your response via WhatsApp message to my mail above.
As I have mentioned previously, I have no alternative than to seek help elsewhere as you have ignored my previous messages. I instead only received a message from Abdullha via WhatsApp that he "has been informed that unfortunately I will not get paid"
In respect to you and the government I have consulted higher authorities and presented all messages and voice messages, the contract and communications to the work force in proof of active managing the work remotely during my absence from site , whilst on renewal of my Visa.
I do not wish to contact the person you have referred to me as I have already consulted the authorities and know what my rights are.
I just believe that you have perhaps been misinformed or messages not conveyed to you correctly and therefore I still hope to resolve this dispute peacefully and on our level, hence all fails the matter will still be escalated to higher assistance in resolving this matter.
I appreciate that you are showing interest in resolving this issue swiftly, and thus I still request as previously to abide by the contract set forth by Omix and undersigned by the CEO.
I need confirmation on payment owed to me before Sunday 23 July to finalize our ending of work agreement and stop any unnecessary escalation..
I have been treetred inhumainly by issuing me my end of contract notice whilst in SA making it impossible for me to retrieve all my belongings, as well as harm brought forth to me and my entire family due to no payment that is due to me.
I know you have the capacity to resolve this peacefully.
