The hamlet is gone, edits needed

As of Oct 7, the Hamlet of Molalla Prairie is no more. the entire board resigned, excess funds given back to Clackamas county, their web site emptied and the county hosted web page (link below) went into 'inactive' status. By charter, this organization cannot reorganize and is considered 'defuct' by Clackamas County BCC.
