I used the Environmental Agency figures and applied the disp=flip function to make the figures agree with the conversions into feet and inches that they supply. Using the figures in feet and inches as the primary measure introduced rounding errors. I footnoted that the Environmental Agency used metric measures but couldn't get the refname function to come out right, so there's a lot of repetition in the footnotes.
