Governor's names?

On the governors names, what do Ing. and Lic. mean before their names? --AW 03:48, 7 May 2007 (UTC)

• That means Engineer (Ingeniero) and Licenciado. Licenciado is someone with a kind of Master in Arts.

• Oppose This is clearly the primary topic of Monagas, which is a redirect to this page (see Monagas (disambiguation). No need to disambiguate by either the existing or proposed methods. Should be moved to Monagas per Wikipedia:Naming conventions (geographic names).
