"Largest parish in the province"
editApparently there is a distinction between "parishes" and "cities" in such a way that a city does not count as a parish. This article certainly needs some clarification. I don't know if this assumption makes sense for someone from Ottawa, but this article may have led an anonymous IP to make this edit to the New Brunswick article. --Hans Adler (talk) 14:38, 22 January 2008 (UTC)
How is Mr. Walton going to keep track of changes to deliniations?
editIn what sense?
- The delineations in the Territorial Division Act, unread by so many self-proclaimed experts? Those are being changed over to boundary descriptions that don't depend on knowing the boundaries of other parishes.
- Existing municipal and LSD boundaries? As time permits these are added to the articles. Suggestions on genuine improvements are welcome.
- Future changes if Higgs actually does anything? These won't affect parishes, which are a different stratum than local governance.
- Changes to parish boundaries in the TDA? It's been nearly fifty years since the last one.
