This page was proposed for deletion by SwisterTwister (talk · contribs) in the past with the comment: Still questionable for any applicable software and general notability, searches found nothing better 1 Irish news article, nothing else actually substantial aside from that; the one book listed never actually shows any contents so it cannot be certain if it's a substantial source. It was contested by Kvng (talk · contribs) on 2016-06-28 with the comment: Potentially notable as [1] is a solid ref and the nom admits no ability to evaluate the other. |

editSeems to be multiple civitweb and cicanta-related authors on this article reverting edits attempting to make this article less of an advertisement (removing advertisement warnings, notable forks, etc). DannyDouble (talk) 14:29, 20 September 2020 (UTC)
It has came to my attention that the possible CTO of the company which creates this web server is directly contributing COI material, see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Conflict_of_interest/Noticeboard#Mongoose_(web_server) for noticeboard link for this. I am not a civitweb contributor or maintainer. Plenty of other projects have a list of related projects (including forks). civitweb is open-source, but probably doesn't need its own Wikipedia page. You should allow this edit. Samuel Marks (talk) 02:24, 17 November 2021 (UTC)
