Dishonest or misled article

Brazilian inferioty complex have nothing with race, 50% of brazilians are Caucasoids descendants of Portuguese, Italian and German and all of them have an inferiority complex but always consider themselves an exception. And when this expression was created this proportion was even greater, at that time probably 90% of Brazilians were white.

But whatever, Wikipedia is a portal of western right-wing propaganda anyway... — Preceding unsigned comment added by Sorberino (talkcontribs) 10:29, 4 February 2019 (UTC)Reply

may i add?
The title was badly translated "vira-lata" come from their habit to knock trash cans to dig trash. "Stray dog" is a better title.
And the reason we gaved this name is because you don't need much to make a stray dog loyal to you, you need to do less than the minimum, like the people who suffer from stray dog complex. And that have nothing to do with race. 45.6.211.244 (talk) 00:48, 5 September 2023 (UTC)Reply

As a brazilian, i do not believe there's such a thing as a "mongrel complex", i think everybody who uses this term should not be taken seriously, nationalism is a cancer and it's a duty to criticise what's wrong. So could somebody add a section in which notable brazilians(writers in particular) argue against the existence of such "complex"? 2804:6A00:F014:8700:25C2:137B:A1E:8A5 (talk) 16:49, 19 September 2024 (UTC)Reply
