I've removed the photograph from the infobox (added in this diff) in 2018), as it included and named a family member. WP:BLPNAME applies to the name, and WP:Image use policy#Privacy rights looks as if it applies to the image: "the consent of the subject should normally be sought before uploading any photograph featuring an identifiable individual that has been taken in a private place".
