I have now reverted the edits of a changing IP address in Israel 3 times over a period of 5 days. I have attempted to contact the (presumably one) user on one of the IP addresses to no response. Their edits consistently refer to E471 as vegan and vegetarian -- they do not alter the sources, leading to the article contradicting its sources.
I thought this was vandalism, however on their most recent edit they mentioned that in Israel E471 is always vegan (they did not provide a source for this claim). So I don't think this is vandalism.
So hopefully the user sees this: perhaps consider adding a separate section talking about E471 vegan/vegetarian status by country instead of falsely implying that it is always vegan everywhere? Hereditorygrass (talk) 03:51, 8 July 2021 (UTC)Reply
