Another example of displacing or difusing responsibility should be given

edit

All examples of this principle concentrate on inductive displacement of responsibility in active maltreatment of others. A cannonical example of a behaviour, that isn't mentioned, is when a person is victimized or screaming for help in a crowded street, actually very few (if any) people will stop going on with their present activity to help, part of the reason is the assumption that someone else will take care of things. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 62.113.29.242 (talk) 22:06, 15 May 2010 (UTC)Reply

New Study - Climate change

edit

There's a new study published in Ethical Theory and Moral Practice that highlights how moral disengagement relates to climate action, flagging it here to integrate in future. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Skinnytony1 (talkcontribs) 05:44, 30 September 2019 (UTC)Reply

Confusing wording in opening line

edit

What exactly is meant by “is a meaning”? Whatever it is I bet it could be expressed more clearly. Theanswertolifetheuniverseandeverything (talk) 16:38, 7 October 2024 (UTC)Reply
