My great grandfather

That’s my great grandfather , he was appalled by what happened in that war and even refused the metal until the family took it. It was a time he was horrified from and was not proud of what happened. Interesting. Is there documentation, such as a newspaper clipping, to support this? "Family lore" can't be cited. BTW, if you're a relative, you might be able to get his marker corrected.--Georgia Army Vet Contribs Talk 15:42, 3 March 2022 (UTC)Reply
