- I find the panorama image in the infobox difficult to see. Would it not be better to put a different, "normal"-sized image there and stick the panorama in somewhere else with full panorama width?
- You are right. I have put a new normal sized image in the infobox and a panaroma width of the image of Darjeeling railway station below the Darjeeling section.

- Clariifed. He was Sir John Lawrence, the then Viceroy of India. Added an additional reference also.
- The last sentence in the first paragraph of history is too long (three lines on my screen).

- What type of ton? Short, long or metric? If it's metric, use "tonne".

- Agreed. Changed to Kalka-Shimla Railway.
- If a railway goes between two places, use an endash (see WP:DASH), so you get "Kalka–Shimla Railway".

- "bridges which is a 18.29 metres (60.0 ft)" what? length? should probably be in adjective form (singular).

- "30 lb" track needs to be "30 lb/yd" (I presume it is yd, since 30 lb/ft is quite a bit for a narrow-gauge railway) and converted to kg/m.

- Ref 16 is rather on the limit. I definietly has to be properly formatted, and exactly what is the stone saying that the other source does not?
- Checked. It is an image of plaque which gives information on the history of the Matheran Railway
- Don't use " to indicate inches (or is it feet), because people from metric countries don't know what it means. Stick to feet (or ft) or inches (or in) and convert.
- During the British days all units were in imperial units. But now India has switched to metric units. However, some of the Gauge dimensions may still be better expressed in imperial units. However I have changed it also.
- Why the use of double images? The article has a lot of vertical space, so feel free to use it. It also makes the images unnecessarily small. Galleries are not really permitted (only in a few extreme cases), so the gallery images have to go as thumbnails or be removed.
- Done, except in the case of Darjeeling section where image of panoramic has been inserted and in Matheran Hill railway section as vertical space is limited.
- I have issues with all three external links. The first seems to only be a picture which adds little to the article; the second seems to be related to all steam trains in the world, not just these five, and the last doesn't work where I am (in Norway), because I am "in the wrong area". Although I actually have seen parts of the documentary previously, and it is most excellent as a link in itself, external links need to be universally (or at least nearly) accessible.

- Congratulations with a good article. I saw an (I think) BBC documentary about some of these railways a way back, and they fascinated me. My old man says I have some distant relatives who worked as tea planters (I presume plantation owners) back in the colonial age, so I have always wanted to visit this beautiful part of India one day...
