Merger proposal
editI propose that Mounties (disambiguation) be merged into Mountie (disambiguation). The plural version shouldn't be a separate article, it isn't for any other disambig page. TheTruthiness (talk) 09:49, 21 April 2012 (UTC)

- What? Mounties & Mountie both redir to the same thing. Besides WP:PLURAL states In general only create page titles that are in the singular and this doesn't meet any of the exceptions. --TheTruthiness (talk) 00:27, 4 May 2012 (UTC)
- For whichever reasons/exceptions place the articles listed at Mounties (disambiguation) at their plural name, those would be the reasons/exceptions to place the disambiguation page for those topics for the ambiguous title (which happens to be plural) at the plural. -- JHunterJ (talk) 19:03, 6 May 2012 (UTC)

As all the information from Mounties (disambiguation) had been copied here, (and was inappropriately tagged for speedy deletion), I have added the copied template (for attribution, and redirected Mountie DAB. Should any consensus come from this discussion to move it over to the other title, probably a history merge would be in order. --kelapstick(bainuu) 23:53, 4 June 2012 (UTC)
