Mr. Big is a slang term referring to any person with great status, wealth, and power. However, it especially used to describe generic leader leaders of the underworld and/or other criminal/terrorist masterminds. For example, Al "Scarface" Capone was the "Mr. Big" of the Chicago mafia. In fiction, Superman's arch-enemy, Lex Luthor, is the "Mr. Big" of Superman comic books. Apart from discribing status the term Mr. Big may refer to males with exceptional genital size. An example of this can be found from the character Mr. Big, or John Big on the show Sex and the City.
