Backstory ignored

Overdetailed

I love Mr. Monk, but if all the episode summaries are as long as this one, they're grotesquely overdetailed. EEng 03:06, 19 October 2019 (UTC)

I, actually, enjoy the detailed summaries. I often can't watch an entire episode, or, just as frequently, begin watching after the start of the program. These detailed summaries both fill the gaps of what I missed, and lets me know where in the series the episode I'm watching first aired.
