Para about 'popular imagination' deleted
editI deleted this para:
The poem and its eponymous character have stuck in the popular imagination. Ian Hamilton recited the poem to a friend after moving into a new flat, and the adjective Bleaneyish has entered the language.
First, an advanced Google search does not bear out "Bleanyish" as having entered the language. Secondly the Ian Hamilton bit requires a citation and is in any case not supportive of the contention of the first sentence of the deleted paragraph. asnac (talk) 08:19, 9 April 2012 (UTC)
Clive James
editI tracked down the Clive James quotation mentioned but it doesn't refer to Mr Bleaney. So applying it here is a statement of opinion amounting to WP:OR. asnac (talk) 09:48, 27 August 2012 (UTC)
