NOT Mudding
editWhy is this a redirect to mudding? This is a professional/semi-professional organization of mud RACING, the game, or sport of "Mudding" is significantly different. In that it's not specialized cars, nor is it anything to do with timing, it's performing donuts, and other sorts of tricks and maneuvers of driving skill in mud pools and puddles after rain.
Request removal of the redirect. 207.144.82.31 (talk) 22:22, 5 May 2008 (UTC)mudding is like so fun
- It's muddin' "muddin" is mostly preferred by rednecks. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 75.73.70.113 (talk) 04:21, 26 May 2008 (UTC)
I second this objection. This is not an article about the recreational activity of driving vehicles through mud, this article is about the organized sport. Muddin' should not redirect here. Using this article to describe the recreational activity Muddin' is like using an article on the Bassmasters Classic competition to describe all fishing. 147.155.182.23 (talk) 03:47, 27 May 2008 (UTC)
I'm not sure why you want to object to the redirect, since there is no wiki page about what you call "recreational mudding", removing the redirect will simply lead people to nowhere. If you want a page dedicated to the amateur applications of this sport, someone needs to design a page for it. Don't complain unless you're willing to undergo the pain. Until then, I think the redirect is accurate. MisplacedFate1313 (talk) 17:30, 8 January 2009 (UTC)
- This page seems to be a waterhole for vandalism. I will look into having these ISP's checked out. Otr500 (talk) 20:17, 20 May 2011 (UTC)
Mud Bogging =/= Mud Run
edit"Mud Run" is a running event on foot -- no vehicles involved. Should not redirect to "Mud Bogging." — Preceding unsigned comment added by Kithmaker (talk • contribs) 06:01, 1 May 2014 (UTC)
- Agree for reasons stated above. When googling "Mud Run" nothing with vehicles is a result.

editFirstly, this article needs more sources. A lot more. Much of it reads as a person reflection, which is inappropriate. Hence also the second tag. A better breakdown of the truck classes is really needed. While that probably varies between sanctioning bodies, as it stands an unfamiliar reader really doesn't learn anything about the type of trucks used from reading this article. (In fact, that's what I came here to find out, and was left still not knowing.) oknazevad (talk) 14:28, 8 April 2021 (UTC)
