Problems with the text
editAmong problems that ultimately destroyed the firm were a long internal fight for leadership, expanding offices in Washington and New Jersey, as well as its sections for litigation and international law.
- Does this mean that expansion to DC and NJ was harmful to the firm? How? Similarly, were the sections for litigation and international law weaknesses or strengths for the firm? Needs explanation.
A group of prominent lawyers, including chairman, joined Latham & Watkins
- Does this have anything to do with the article? Were the lawyers who joined L&W formerly members of MRGA&F? Or is this just a random statement in the article?

A group of prominent lawyers, including chairman, joined Latham & Watkins
- This does, in fact, have something to do with the article. Those lawyers became the NY office of Latham & Watkins. Grungeman (talk) 19:52, 16 February 2010 —Preceding unsigned comment added by 38.117.177.233 (talk)
