Muju skiing
editI don't know if the following is appropriate for Wikipedia or not.
- Muju is the most popular ski area in South Korea. There are numerous runs, most of them of the easy-moderate sort and free of dangerous obstacles. The lifts are 3- and 4-seat chair lifts, for which various purchase plans exist (e.g., one-run, day, evening). Night-skiing runs until midnight. Apparently there are no mogol runs. Equipment and clothing can be rented at any of the very numerous independent rental shops or, at somewhat higher prices, at the slopes in one of the large buildings. It seems there are no Nordic skis for rent. According to staff at the hill, Telemarking is not taught anywhere in South Korea.
county, city, ski slope
editIs the county, city and ski slope three different places? --24.94.189.11 13:49, 15 August 2006 (UTC)
