My understanding is that Mumijo is actually a Greek word, not a word of Greek origin

Wrong formula

Ca Si [(K,Na) C4H10 CH20] - this is a horribly wrong formula. For example CH20 is impossible. What is more there must be some nitrogen and oxygen. It is possible to write a formula for single compounds but not for complex mixtures. It is the same as writing a formula of pie. Snake Oil

it is not a hoax. it is just very old bat-shit. If you consider that be a hoax so be it. One person less to drive up the cost :lol

I am soo tired of those myths about where it comes. It is NOT mineral at all, it is extract of humus formed out of bats deposits (actually "poop", hence even here mentioned "coprolitic"). Those bat colonies live in high mountains, eat insects, that feed on mountain flora, thus enriching all the good stuff in it. In the caves where bat colonies sleep, deposits form. These deposits are collected, softened in water for several days, fine filtered, then filtered liquid is dehydrated to desired thickness. It's Wikified but there aren't reliable sources for the article, just what would be an RS for an addition (a Mumijo-like substance found in Antarctica, not something that evaluates Mumijo itself), that doesn't support the article itself (it just assumes claims that only find support on snake-oil sellers' sites.).
